Volunteering at MASG

MASG requires assistance with the following day to day operations:
* Membership communications
* Telephone, Email and Newsletter
* collation of the weekly email digest to members
* replying to member’s emails/phone messages as appropriate, particularly ringing people for the personal invitation/approach for key projects and events. Website Updating of website detail and events is an important communications tool for MASG
Wanted
* services of a volunteer who is keen to practice their IT skills and gain some work experience.
* and/or a volunteer/s to assist with website updating and maintenance.
Office Staffing
Staffing the office for public inquiries will assist maintain the public profile and accessibility of MASG.
MASG’s office is open for public inquiries from 9 to 5 Monday to Fridays.
We also need assistance with the following:
* Data entering and database maintenance;
* Research
* Working bees;
* Promotion of events/MASG;
* Catering;
* Maintaining the office and gardens in a clean and welcoming state.
