We launched the new Wash Against Waste trailer on the 28th of October 2018.
We began with some speeches and a welcome to country from Uncle Rick Nelson we launched the new trailer. Many people gathered to celebrate a project that has been years in the making. The new trailer is a distinctive, vibrant blue and much easier to operate than the original. Like the original though it will save festivals, weddings, markets and parties from having to use disposable plates, cups and cutlery.
We also said a fond farewell to the original trailer, which had served us for over ten years. It has traveled many miles to a new home and fresh start.
The new trailer was made possible through the support of the Lord Mayors Charitable Foundation.
